Zak Hylerstedt Stomberg, photographer, Gothenburg, Sweden, is responsible for the personal data handled through this website. For anything to do with your data, write to zakstomberg@gmail.com.
When you visit, the website's hosting provider, Base44 (part of Wix), handles technical data such as your IP address and browser details. This is needed to show you the pages and to keep the site secure, and it is done under the provider's data processing terms, which include safeguards for any processing outside the EU. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in running a working, secure website.
This site uses no tracking or advertising cookies and no analytics. Fonts and images are served from the site itself, not from third-party services. The only thing stored in your browser is a login token, and only if you log in to the admin area.
If you email or call, I use what you send, such as your name, contact details and message, to reply and, if we work together, to carry out the assignment. I keep it only as long as that requires, or as long as accounting law demands for bookings.
Many of the photographs show people. I publish portraits with the consent of the people in them, and event photographs as documentation of the events. If you appear in a photograph here and want it removed, email me and I will take it down promptly.
You can ask what personal data I hold about you, and ask me to correct it, delete it, restrict how it is used, or stop using it. Email me and I will reply within a month. If you are unhappy with how your data is handled, you can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY) at imy.se.
